Composting

There exist many composting guides on the internet, some even specific to desert environments. However, information on desert composting (with or without access to terrain) is less abundant. Ironically, the desert with its hot, arid climate, lends itself well to household balcony or apartment composting, purely because of the small-scale at which it is most effective. This section documents three different methods of composting that are currently underway in Dubai. All are achievable with minimal experience (apparently!), some patience, attention to detail and minimal effort. We welcome your contributions and input!
